Hi,
I know this is not exactly related to RusEFI, but I will try out my luck anyway.
Can anyone of the many smart* guys here tell me how to check what mC is used in the Bosch ECU below? I don't know how to get to that information.

Thanks in advance.
*smarter than me anyway
PS: if the link does not work, it's a Bosch MP7.0hfm with part number 0 261 206 986.

Thanks. My car is at the moment in another country and I cannot check the innards of the CPU or take photos of them, that's the main problem. I just thought that it could be possible to google out the info I want.Abricos wrote:I think if you make a photo Your device Then I or anyone can try to see on picture CPU ...

99% it will be a C167CR microcontroller. But it can be with factory OTP ROM with program in OTP and data/maps in flash; or ROMLESS with code and data in external flash. Is it from a NIVA?
