Just thought i would read you guys in on my current project, I have an audi a4 b5 2.5tdi sport quattro avant. If anyone doesn't know the horrors of the injection system on this engine count yourself lucky it's a vp44 half mechanical half eletronic - it is a pain and no one works on them anymore in the uk.
So i have decided to take the leap and convert it to common rail using a 3.0tdi fuel system.
Currently working away on modifying the rusefi code to work with my application but i am struggling with the electrical side of it - i am a mechanical engineer by degree so just basic plug and play electronics are my strength and low voltage stuff.
If anyone wants to lend a hand with some electrical design or just point me in the right direction it would be good!!
