Re: 1998 GS300

I would also dump the OEM TB and just go with a Bosch unit that fits...
controlling the Bosch is easier to do with RusEFI then trying to get the OEM one to function correctly..

Re: Common Rail MC33816/PT2001 dev board - 4 injectors GDI

Is this only the GDI injector drivers? Or complete plug&play ECU for 4x GDI(like VW/audi TFSI engines)?

Re: IHI Turbo wastegate servo valve

Well done, In the past I've used a Pololu motor driver to run a DWB throttle body on my project car, worked pretty well(talking about back in 2008) when almost none of the affordable stand-alone ECU's could drive the DBW TB. I also did some testing with wastegate control(simple control but also VNT ...

Anyone excited about GDI specifically please consider throwing money at me.
don't think I can make a substantial contribution, but even small donations can help, I think?
Where can I send mine to?

Re: MAF vs Speed Density, why do we prefer which one?

guys, how about MAD, or Manifold Air Density? pounds of air, instead of pressure(resistance) or flow(g/s)

I've seen people run a GT3076R on a 600cc motorcycle engine, with good results :)

Funny news: Porsche Carrera GT 5.7i V10 uses ME7.1.1 but we do not support it (yet?) since we do not know Porsche Carrera GT pinout :)
But 2 ECU's to control both banks, just like Audi does with their V10's?

Re: Hellen 121 ME7 for VAG PnP ECU

Please be aware that there are differences in pinout, in between the 1.8t ME7.5 wiring looms, depending on chassis and whether or not the engine has VVT, EGT and SAI

Re: 2006 Volkswagen Passat 2.0 Turbo GDI test mule #64

Awesome development!! Too bad you're putting this on hold, as I'm sure that with the newer engines becoming more-and-more GDI ones, a affordable stand-alone ECU for these applications will become more interesting! For me personally, for now the swap to a self-tuneable GDI engine is not yet that attr...
