This means; I'll see if I can have THE END USERS make another log with max data rate.
I'm very sorry to have wasted your time. The thread will be updated once proper logs have been made. Hopefully this issue can be resolved then.

Re: 12-3 Crank sync issues; Suzuki Bandit 1200

https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/rusEFI-Quick-Start-PDF was created yesterday. New line just added into it around https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/rusEFI-Quick-Start-PDF#log-it Shaky videos do not do it. Even high-resolution screen shots do not do it: it has to be a proper log file. Nice ...

Re: 12-3 Crank sync issues; Suzuki Bandit 1200

I can have the end user provide a log of cranking with no spark plugs that'll give perfect sync 👍🏼 Sure you can but those would provide most value if provided together, the perfect one and the broken one. Here's a dropbox link with the same data. I don't know how to interpret your request above any...

"Invert Primary" was set to false on this latest log. Here's a side-by-side comparison of the logs without and with spark plugs. I hope the pics are good enough (I myself find it very hard to view them in the PC web browser, but it works ok on a phone zooming in). If need be, I'm happy to ...

12-3 Crank sync issues; Suzuki Bandit 1200

I'm involved in a project where we're struggling to get proper RPM sync. We're using custom hardware running Discovery F407 firmware and MAX9926 VR encoder. The crank trigger implementation is similar to OEM Honda CBR900 with a similar trigger offset of 65°. We're getting nice sync while cranking wi...

Re: electronic throttle body control ETB

Andrey is correct. A simple experiment that verifies Andreys statement above: Disconnect fuel/ignition and crank the engine. The cranking RPM will increase if you open the throttle. That should tell you that the pumping losses, eg. breaking force is decreased as the manifold pressure approaches atmo...

I have a running test mule (Proteus FW on custom HW) at the moment, and I'm happy to do some testing when this is implemented into a new release candidate.

Re: VW Type 1 "Single port" injection

Yeah, similar problem. We added camshaft sensor some days later after initial startup, and the deal is done. The only thing missing now is to have siamese port support in software so that we can run the two injectors on one output each in the correct sequence instead of tricking the ecu into thinkin...

Closed-loop idle control

Do we have issues with the closed-loop idle control feature these days? I've been trying it on some different setups during the last couple of months, but I could not get it to respond as intended. Decided to give it another test on the testbench today. Within the idle RPM upper limit, it seems to o...

Re: VW Type 1 "Single port" injection

We fired up the engine with two injector outputs for the first time yesterday, and my hypothesis as stated above appears to be true; the engine runs like shit with both batch and simultaneous fuel delivery, and the spark plug pairs for each cylinder bank indicates a significant asymmetry in fuel del...

Finally got to test SENT on custom hardware running latest release candidate of Discovery_F407. If I configure the TPS as a regular analog input, I can see the jitter from the SENT squa...

Re: VW Type 1 "Single port" injection

I believe there's one fundamental problem to the above mentioned strategy in this specific scenario: Because it's a "Siamese port" configuration (each cylinder bank consists of two cylinders and share one port+injector), and due to the fact that the paired cylinders on each bank fire right...

Re: New 4-cyl ECU design

In the meantime we got 64 pin option where v1 is more or less a successful prototype - https://github.com/andreika-git/hellen-one/tree/master/modules/mega-mcu64/0.1 without shrinking of the MCU module. That sounds interesting. As long as it has support for all the functions I need, I see no reason ...

Re: Bug found: Aux Sensors & EGO#2

I just left home for two weeks of work, so I don't have access to either the hardware or msq.

Sorry about the ambiguity; ADC4 = "Analog Volt 4" on proteus.

Is there any way you could make it possible to upload msq files directly as attachments in forum posts?

Bug found: Aux Sensors & EGO#2

Just discovered a bug regarding Aux Linear and WBO2 #2 input while setting up a new basemap on the stimulator. Custom ECU running latest Proteus F4 release firmware. Re: New 4-cyl ECU design

The generic firmware will work fine. It really is worth adding your own configuration for this board though, if nothing else it will get you correct out-of-the-box defaults and such. Once rev.B is tested and confirmed with respect to final MCU pinout and schematics naming/labeling etc, I'd like to ...

I got a 12675730AA throttle body on the bench planned to be fitted to a new engine project running Discovery_F407 FW on some custom hardware. VW Type 1 "Single port" injection

I'm currently working on an EFi kit for aircooled VW Type 1 engines with singleport cylinder heads+intake. Singleport = one intake port shared by two cylinders on each side. Hence, I'm going to run one injector feeding two cylinders. This seem to fall somewhere between "Single point" and &...
