I filled out a survey form and went through a process he was doing for the early beta testers. I think if you just emailed Ashcon directly, he'd work something out. https://github.com/rnd-ash has most of his contacts. Total aside to Rusefi, but you have to do a shifter mod to convert 96-99 shifters...

Re: W124 E320 Wagon M104 [Proteus]
I'm seeing conflicting information about TB bore size, and I can't seem to find my micrometer, but hasty tape measuring showed a 01 M113 4.3 TB bore to be about the same size as a 94 E320, somewhere in the ballpark of 70-75 mm. You'd either need a spacer plate or some modding to get clearance, but ...

Now that spring semester is over, I can get back to making my cars actively worse. I've replaced the TCM with NAG52. I've done a quick test drive around the block, but I'm planning to take a longer drive after traffic clears up and see if I can't get some D A T A. Where did you buy the NAG52? Id li...

Re: W124 E320 Wagon M104 [Proteus]
How K R E A T I V do you want to get? Swapping your TB to a 96+ TB which is fully DBW would only require the TB swap and adding in the pedal position sensor from a W202 or W210. Im using a pedal position sensor from a W163 ML320. Its nice because it mounts in the engine bay and the stock throttle c...

Re: W124 E320 Wagon M104 [Proteus]
Throttle body is going to be interesting. The cable goes to it, but if I researched correctly, it only triggers the PPS that is inside the throttle. The actual throttle movement is electrically controlled.
What a PITA.

W124 E320 Wagon M104 [Proteus]
Hi its me again. Doing more rusefi stuff on another W124. This time a wagon. Its getting a 5 speed swap and with that the new flywheel is 60/2, so why not install a proteus and have a party? Engine is staying stock for now, using oem sensors (ill add part #s later). But heres the specs: 1994 E320 Wa...

Re: Making my 190e More Fun (M111 Twincharged Swap) #57
Just to keep the world updated. I was fighting an issue where I would start the car and fuel pressure would drop, then go to 0. Sometimes if I tapped on things in the engine bay it would pop back up  Turns out my fuel pump relay was not latching completely. Replaced and fixed. Now I have a fuel...

Hey Jimmy, Sorry for the crazy late response. I'll most likely just use a 3 port 4bar Mac valve for a boost controller. Not using the after run pump at all. Here's all the sensors and hardware with part numbers. Intake Air Temp: 0261231077 Coolant Temp: 025906041A Throttle Position: Honda 37890-HNZ...

Hi There! We had great progress last night. I was able to start the car using my custom 36/1 crank trigger wheel. In my tune the fuel mass was set very low (12mg) for whatever reason. I changed it to 30, and now it starts pretty quick, but then dies. Tonight im checking the base timing, and will rea...

there's one back here: https://rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=43916#p43916 The supercharger is on the exhaust side (passenger side, driver's right) under the turbo. That thing right in the middle is the bypass valve. Intercooler goes across the front where there are two disconnected aluminum tube...

I broke my usb header. Waiting on parts to fix. No problem with ecu. problem with user  Interesting. Is that because it's vertical mini USB and cable weight is pushing sideways or did you push sideways or else? Rev C which is being manufactured at the moment already uses USB-B https://github.c...
