Re: Dual Channel wbO2, no ASIC
I have used that MX23 series connector in the past, did a small MS2 (megasquirt2) board using the larger ( 32 pin? ) connector. That is a nice connector and pretty easy to work with.

Re: Swapping over to RUSefi, 5v tolerance?
Why do you use it like a Piggyback ?! Can't you go for standalone ? Mainly because I just want to tune fuel and spark. The stock ECU on this ATV also controls the electronic power steering, feeds info to the dash and controls thw 4wd system to some degree. All thing that i have no desire to reverse...

Re: Swapping over to RUSefi, 5v tolerance?
Ok, so I am no longer concerned with weather or not the tach input pin ( PC6 ) is 5v tolerant , as I am doing some trouble shooting on the VR circuit and adding a resistor is a no brain-er. Probably close this thread, as it’s probably not the correct place for where this project is headed. But I tho...

Re: Swapping over to RUSefi, 5v tolerance?
so which of those do you need when and why I should have explained better, the analog input signals are buffered through voltage deviders and op amps, 3.3v max on those. The digital outputs ( all 4, 2 injector drivers, and 2 coil drivers ) are 3.3v ( teensy 3.5 is a 3.3v micro ). I only have the on...

Swapping over to RUSefi, 5v tolerance?
I have a board build as a piggy back controller for my ATV. 1000cc 80 degree Vtwin . The board is a 2 piece design, where the analog signals, 2 injector drivers and 2 coil igbts are on the main board, and the daughter board basically is just a carrier for the teensy 3.5 that’s running speeduino. All...

more than happy to be a beta tester, live in the USA, working on a 1000cc vtwin at the moment.
Already have a WB02 installed.

looks very interesting! good work. Have you thought about using chopper type op-amps to reduce the op-amp input bias?

Re: Proteus - Waterproof, High-feature ECU!
Yep, that did it. I guess I didn’t read up enough, I thought the proteus was still using the F7 chip. Why the change?, or has it always used the F429 and I just confused myself playing around with the F767.... :? :? Looking at the specs the F429 looks like a beast with plenty of memory to spa...

sent a PM, but thought I would post here in case someone has an easy fix. I got both boards a few days ago, thanks! I attempted to use an older version of the console i had on my laptop to communicate, I had previously ( months ago ) been using it to play around with an STM32F767 dev board. No luck,...

There are a few boards remaining on the shelf in this batch - PM me if you're interested in getting your hands on some!
Does this mean the others have been shipped?
Thanks, and I may still be interested in another board if no one else wants one.

So start a group buy thread, settle on a minimum order, make a cut-off date, and hopefully you can get enough commitments to do another batch.

Re: MicroRusEFI, not recognised by computer?
I was afraid of that. The bottom layer under the thermal pad, is covered by solder mask, so i am assuming that hot air or an oven is recommended? No, you need to solder the thermal pad. Soldering the pad is required for proper operation of the chip.
I need to buy some solder paste....

Re: MicroRusEFI, not recognised by computer?
Quick question before I solder on the TLE8888 chip. Do I need to put some thermal compound on the thermal pad? My first board, in my excitement to get it put together and see some blinking LEDs, I just whacked it on and then realized that there was no way to solder to the pad.. So on the new board I...

Re: SBC Single-board computers
Ive always thought a small dedicated machine for a GUI would be a great idea. With raspberry Pi ( and similar ), a low cost LCD You could have the tuning GUI and a digital dash all in one for a lot less $$$ than a tablet and/or laptop... I am pretty sure that Tuner Studio has been ported to rasbian,...

FIXED IT! I un-installed the driver again, and this time I pointed windows to this folder for the driver : C:\Program Files (x86)\STMicroelectronics\Software\DfuSe v3.0.6 Obviously I had to install DfuSe v3.0.6 I got that from here : https://my.st.com/content/my_st_com/en/products/development-tools/...

Re: MicroRusEFI, not recognised by computer?
I uninstalled the driver. Now, when I plug the MRE into my computer, while holding down the program button, " STM32 BOOTLOADER " appears in my device manager with a error flag. So I attempt to update the driver, I point the updater to the "Drivers" folder in the latest bundle ( 2...

Well, I tried to uninstall cube,

"windows cannot find C:\program files\java\jre1.8.0_251\bin\javaw.exe "
I wonder what thats all about. Would it work to just delete the program folder form rhe program files directory?

I've been playing around with my MRE for about a week now off and on, just on the bench. Have to say I really like the RusEFI environment, this board is just cool, small and versatile. Ive been adding a few wires to the main connector to eventually hook it up to a simulator to fiddle with some knobs...

Ok, while I can see what the OP is asking for and I can see some use for it..... My initial reaction was a bit of a chuckle/snort. At the risk of giving AndreyB a few more grey hairs, my brain is desperately wanting to start a whole new "features" thread. Along with the audio output, dolby...
