Re: Development on Ubuntu

I cant get the st-flash utility to work either. I thought it must be a bad cable or something. It says that the flash is successful, but the board just sits there with the red light on. Thanks for posting the info on the gui tool, I'll give that a try!

Re: big block Mercedes

I have read of folks adapting a cam position sensor from a 4.0 jeep engine to my engine. The jeep sensor looks like it is similar to the one you mention above, but only has one "disk" and provides 2 events per cam rotation, an 'on' and an 'off', roughly 180 degrees apart. to provide more e...

need some help selecting sensors/parts

Yeah 1977. I think the only sensor it has is an electronic distributor, that has a hall-effect sensor in it in place of points. I'm thinking that If I can, I'd like to ditch that, adapt some sensors to the engine somehow, and go with coil-on-plug. Since I'm going to have to adapt all necessary hardw...

Re: 20x4 LCD + IIC/I2C/TWI/SPI Serial interface

I found an old vfd that I had sitting around. Its one of these: http://www.newhavendisplay.com/specs/M0220SD-202SDAR1.pdf Its currently jumpered for serial input. Can this work with rusefi? what would the pinout be for serial? Or is it easier to jumper it for parallel? Or is it easier to throw this ...

I think that jenkins is configured correctly, but my email server is denying it access. I'll try to resolve soon.
Edit: All fixed, email should work now

Re: continuous integration

So I installed Jenkins... located here: http://crapcan-am.com:8080 Looks like those interested will have to sign up, and then I can elevate privileges once you create a user for yourself. looks like some shell scripts are needed to make jenkins execute 'make' and then execute the test program like R...

big block Mercedes

Hello, My car is another 24 hours of LeMons racecar. It is an 84 mercedes 300d, and it has a 77 Chrysler 440ci engine in it. We had our first race in Sonoma on Dec 7th and 8th, where both 'judges' at the race practically demanded that it be turbocharged. Ever aiming to please the high court, I began...

Hopefully these work: 2x10 female header: A106395-ND 87606-610LF-ND 609-3555-ND 2 position screw terminal: ED2609-ND 3 position screw terminal: ED2610-ND I think its convenient when there is a BOM with exact part #'s, especially for people like me that aren't very familiar with these types of parts,...

Re: Shopping list

Hello, are there BOM's for the boards anywhere? Ive ordered some boards, and need to get parts now. If not, are the schematics in the respective threads for the various boards current? It seems that the first post contains a schematic, but then there is debate about what parts should be used. I know...
