Re: M111 running / supercharger control
Now that I have it up and running I'm currently trying to wire in for supercharger clutch control. I searched the forum and its not much if any information out there. My wiring pinout has it at a single wire from the supercharger to pin 34 of the MRE via relay. Am I missing something else that needs...

Re: Getting it running
I'm not great at reading logs. So I did what I knew how to do on the mechanical side which is to test the ohm load and continuity. That let me know that the sensor was bad.

Re: Getting it running
I do have voltage to injectors while cranking. I pulled the fuel rail and injector to confirm in fact that injectors are not spraying while cranking. Even with a direct 12V from the battery they are not firing during cranking.

Re: Getting it running
I've adjusted settings and attempted to crank it. It seems as if my injectors aren't firing. I bench tested them and they all click, checked the pin out and all outputs and wires match. Verified that fuel pumps are working and delivering fuel to the rail. Engine will stumble and tries to start if I ...

Re: Getting it running
So I've had some time to fix a few issues and cranking the car. Was able to get it to run for a little bit with the help of some starting fluid a few days ago. I've updated my tune with the help from a few guys. I tried cranking it again today with no luck. here is my current tune and log. Any help ...

Ok, I put some starter fluid in it and cranked it longer. It showed signs of life until the starter fluid burned off. I did data log this throughout the process.

Re: Getting it running
So through my trouble shooting I have found out that while my injectors are clicking on the bench test, they are not operating/spraying during cranking. I have verified that my pin selections match the actual injector inputs. Injectors are enabled in TS.

Re: Pps not reading in Tunerstudio
I did get around to swapping the PPS sensor wires to the TPS. The TPS is showing that it is receiving voltage in Tunerstudio on the gauges.
