What if there is no short circuit between the data lines and GND or 5V due to the malfunction of USBLC6? Nevertheless, if I attribute all my suspicions to this IC, do you know a good way to test it without removing it from the circuit

Proteus doesn't have version 7.0; it's either v0.7 
I haven't focused on that part a bit due to the stress this problem has caused me 
The customs issues in my country and the realization that not all the chips used are available on JLCPCB make the idea of ordering a new board quite daunting for me.

Hello dear forum guru's! While we were working with h7 proteus, because we connected + and - reverse, we desoldered H7 and put F4.
