Generic honda CLT/IAT from the internet would be enough no need to calibrate for your specific sensors.

Does not make sense to me. I was under the impression that opening throttle makes it EASIER to pump since air flow is less restricted. With throttle closed pump has to suck and that takes effort.

Yes it depends on how the firmware was compiled. Use "pins" command in console to see if and where you have UART.
