I was playing with the same idea but for the Mazda ECU - traced a lot of wires etc. The killer in case of rusEfi is the fact that our stm32f4 chip is 3.3 volts, not 5v as it should be in an ideal world. It's a loooooong story, but for all the pros of stm32f* we have to pay with the 3.3<>5v bridging...
