Installed IXTA6N50D2 and bigger inductors. Now it able to handle 3A current without any problem. Just a small update. I had to move the crank trigger input to pin PA8 because the pin PA5 isn't 5v tolerant and now the issue is gone I also ordered an SLC-FREE WideBand controller (http://www.14point7.com/products/slc-free) and I'm also in the process of building an engine simulator heh

The output doesn't look correct. I checked the AD825 and isn't compatible to LM393. The LM393 has open collector output.
LTSPICE doesn't have open collector comparator so I just rig up some transistors
