This is good news for me :D .
Because I have 4 cars today that runs in Rusefi, and I need a lot of this "LC" and "NLS" function.

Re: The first PSA 1.6 16v turbo with rusEfi #42

I installed 1700cc injectors, but I realize that the maximum I can put is 1000cc  Because fuel pump or displacement and low boost or? Software limit Before I had 850cc, but at 2 bar of turbo pressure, I can already touch + 92% duty. So I put 1700cc of injectors, but limited at 1000cc by the so...

Re: CJ125 board

Hello everyone, I am making my CJ125 board. I am thinking of using LSU 4.9 probes for reasons of reliability and accuracy over time. But on the pdf document bosch cj125, I saw that for the 4.9, the resistance value must be 301 ohms, out on the schematic layout of the rusefi cj125, the overall value ...

Re: Prometheus - NEW compact ECU shield!

No problem. It's very kind of your encouragement Darxfame & Andreika. I have been thinking about making a model for a long time. I received PCBs a few days ago (impossible to have less than 10 lol) and the finish is TOP. I received the first components, and I'm waiting for the rest including the...

Wow $75 for $28 in sensors. Sensors like mpx4250ap do similar for $40 and don't need the additional PCB.
Yes I know, not wrong, I even made that choice in another rusefi (https://rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1382)

Re: New Rusefi project VW 3.2L VR6 turbo engine

And now in attached files you have
right side the VVT pulley from the firt vw 3.2 vr6 engine (same target int/exh)
left side the VVT pulley from the last vw 3.2L vr6 engine like BUB engine code
Each type of pulley operates with its own phase sensor.
But the number of teeth remain the same (4 teeth)

Re: New Rusefi project VW 3.2L VR6 turbo engine

Interesses ! Which crank will you use? Regarding the crankshaft, it's quite simple, we take that of the old VR6 2.8 12v engine, they have a different stroke from the 3.2L and is mounted in place without changes. And like that we get a 3.0L engine but with another behavior more angry in the rpms but...

New Rusefi project VW 3.2L VR6 turbo engine

Hi all... That's another challenge for the rusefi VW 3.2 vr6 24v engine (downsized to 3.0L with another crank) + GTX3582r + 1000cc (full sequential) + oem ETB I noticed that we can not choose bigger injectors in the setting. Here I wish to realize this project, of course with photos and videos to co...

Re: Mistake with my rusEfi

I think you're talking about calibration values of the boost pressure sensor. The reason is that I had to order this model in 700Kpa, and I had to make it serve. In any case it works great. To summarize, the engine is a 1.6L 16v, but not honda. Peugeot model TU5JP4 engine with forged connecting rod ...

Re: Mistake with my rusEfi

I did with an air compressor. I just tried with another MAP and another linearization.
Honestly, I think it's software that there is a pressure limit at 250kpa
There have already been tests beyond 250kpa? How much pressure you have already taken with?

Re: Mistake with my rusEfi

What is microinjection and where on the log do you see it? I've noticed zero MAP on record 172 which could be some wiring or any other problem? can you do couple more pulls and reproduce? I've also noticed jumps in fuel amount / fuel duty cycle which goes above 100. Part of the jumpiness goes from ...

The first PSA 1.6 16v turbo with rusEfi #42

Great news for me. I think it's the first I did some testing yesterday, and the rusefi kit I made works. I'm late because I have a drag race on June 10th. 1.6 16V Turbo (TU5JP4 Engine Peugeot / Citroen) + GTX3071r We will do tests before the race, and 2.2Bars goal if we do not encounter any problem....
