couple of concerncs: - you forget about 'knock windows' no "windows" is needed - are you sure about the accuracy of your measuring equipment/software? my "measuring equipment" can be my ears .. (or eyes) ...and "software" is my stupid brain ... there are other sources of noise in the engine. - YES ...

The best way to do "the self learning ignition table" is measuring "in cylinder" pressure.
(we need to do measure and recognize unneeded spikes during "fire cycle")

Other ways are angular acceleration measurement and/or Ion-Sense.

What kind of detonation detection method you can use ..?? KNOCK Sensor ..? Ion Sense ... ?? or angular acceleration computing for the best torque ..?? I don't know if that question was for me, but currently it supports 2 knock sensors for detonation detection, just like the Frankenso. This question...

..Voltages are from "my" gui, it's UR and UA voltages ...
no VCC or SPI voltages ...

SPI works from 0.7V to VVC+0.3V ...
..if VCC = 5.0V , then HIGH level for SPI can be 5.3V maximum...

I'm so busy at this time ... and have no energy to test new firmware and CJ125 WBO2 controllers. (on frankenstein)

The actual problem "in my setup" is voltage readings "by rusefi" ..
I will it explain tomorrow ..

Heater PWN grow to 80%, and then you will see "overheating" message .. right ..?

so ... you need to have backup battery ...

and then try to run "cj125_calibrate" command in rusefi console on cold lsu sensor ...
..after successful calibration try to "run engine" .. and see whats happened ...

Another "reverse engineering" of my second LSU controller.

No DIAHG and DIAHD are used, no divider for UA and UR.

rusEFI can measure atmo pressure ... from MAP sensor ..
.. on stopped engine, or when the ignition is powered on (and engine is stopped) ..

If you need any kind of MAP sensor, then try to use "stock" automotive sensors ...

Any type from BOSCH or Delphi / Delco can be used. (from cars)

Ok ... let's move ... This is my current testing setup ... DSCN4860.JPG Orange, Brown, Red and yellow wires are for SPI Single Green is for heater .. Blue and (another) Green is power supply for CJ125 Board Grey and Black are UR and UA outputs. Single White connected to power board is for heater +12...
