Kavabanga, did you use the PID autotune button to tune them?
Yep. No else but autotune. It's just test of system. I'm gonna to connect second APPS's and ETB's channels and make more clear tune little bit later

Re: rusEfi own wide band controller board add-on using CJ125

Hello everyone! I've got some issues with my CJ125 board with square chip: The fist one, which I noticed is when i attach +5v to +5v pin, LEDs on +5v and +12 lines do light. If I connect +12v to +12 pin, i can see, that just +12V led is lighting. I checked PCB for short circuit and didn't find it. W...

Re: Old Russian motorcycle fuel injection

Hi everyone!
So, today my progress is:
1. I casted aluminium injection channels, they're waiting for machining now
2. I've got two working ETB's
3. Still have problems with CJ125&LSU 4.9.... I'll make a post in the CJ125's thread

Wow, these 3D printed manifolds look AMAZING! Do you plan anything made of metal for structural support considering all the vibrations? I am not a ME no idea if plastic would hold or not. I'll cast it from metal in future. It's just testing. When all will ready, i'm planning make metal copies of th...

Re: Old Russian motorcycle fuel injection

I have a kind of success with ETB's adaptation. You can see video :slightly_smiling_face: https://youtu.be/3-yfpdf0edg Coils tested, injector tested, hall sensor tested. (By console. Not with engine) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBL9Ap4UOFA https://youtu.be/uMsWpfrYtg0 I still dont have fuel pump...

Re: Old Russian motorcycle fuel injection

Keep in mind the primary side of the coil will get to around 400V to 600V when you spark. You need insulation that can sustain this under your operating environment. AKA foggy day or cold morning with small amounts of condensation, it needs to not arc over. Sorry, i dont understand, what do you mea...

such low resistance probably means not smart coil?
If i understood correctly, no, it's not smart coil. They are using in LADA with carburetor and "simple", "not smart" ignition with cam and transistor or capacitor.

What's the full list of sensors you plan to run on your bike? You might want to take a look at the ford 1l throttle bodies, they are 40mm single ETBs and cheap and common. Hi everybody! This is what i have now (look at the pictures) This data was recieved then engine was rotated by starter. And, despite fears, RusEFI "can see" all teeth on crank- and camshaft. @Kavabanga can you please reproduce this? Maybe get a new cheap VR sensor from a parts store? Shorter wires? Not sure what else could be different :(
Did you connected sensor by left or right channel?
You connected to console by mini-usb on Frankenso or by micro-usb on STM32?

What is diameter of your throttle??
Keihin carburators has 30mm throttle diameter, but injection hole on the cylinder head has 28mm diameter. I have never seen 30mm ETB. 40 is a minimum, what i seen. But, i think it is too big for one cylinder, isnt?
