I can't really tell by the pictures but it doesn't look like solder has flowed up the IC leg.

Just to point something out that you might have already checked. The mixture being lean and the wideband sensor indicating lean are not always the same thing. The breakdown voltage for this mosfet is 100V minimum. The datasheet doesn't specify nominal and max voltage so this could might as well reach 200V under some operating conditions. Be careful of the low temp solder paste you got. It's great for desoldering stuff from boards because it lowers the melting temp of the original lead free solder but if used for soldering it makes fragile solder connections. Another thing. How are your grounds? I hope the guy that made the wiring kept the sensor ground separate from power ground. Where is the fan motor grounded?

The VR wire is shielded? This is quite important for interference from electrical noise. Also the route it takes through the engine bay. Avoid going near ignition coils and spark plug wires.

This sounds like 2 squirts per cycle = batch injection.
4 squirts per cycle = simultaneous injection
and 1 squirt per cycle would be sequential injection.
How are your injectors wired in?

Pins are correct. Measuring with a multimeter do you have 12V at pin 10 of the main relay when you turn the key on the ignition?

Can you make a diagram to show us how you have connected your MRE? What pin of MRE goes to what pin of engine harness and then upload your tune to Rusefi online to verify it's setup correctly. The relays will be wired as main relay on pin 4 and fuel pump relay on pin 23.
Pins 7 and 10 are the security code keypad and the diagnostic connector and I don't think you'll use either of these features.
