Can you detail turbo timer? I think you mean when key off, engine remains at idle for blah long then turns off. Is that what you intended? Or did you perhaps mean something different? Awesome to hear for the MAP.
As for adding a turbo, hopefully the tuning side will be easier than the build side on a festiva with it's stock B3.
