Re: rusEfi own wide band controller board add-on using CJ125
The part number is 30615.
In our country, we have many local chip stores, because repairing of commercial ECUs is very popular.
I ordered 30615 from one of this stores. But the gateway of these chips is chinese distributors(www.1688.com).
My schematic/Code is same as RUSEFI with some modifications.

Re: rusEfi own wide band controller board add-on using CJ125
I'm facing some issues with the CJ125 chip. All the SPI communications yield the right results, the Lambda readings are correct (only tested in open air) but the temperature output from the chip seems stuck at ~0.86 V regardless of how hot or cold the sensor is. Tried 4 different chips but all of t...

Re: rusEfi own wide band controller board add-on using CJ125
I found an empirical formula for temperature(not bad for starting ):
T = Tcal * vUrCal / vUr
Tcal = 750 for LSU 4.2
Tcal = 780 for LSU 4.9
T = Tcal * vUrCal / vUr
Tcal = 750 for LSU 4.2
Tcal = 780 for LSU 4.9

Now I want to modify some GPIO and Timer setting of your firmware and compile it.

but my attention is SPI voltages. if we use 3.3V SPI, we walk on the borders that can be changed by ambient temperature.

You are true Andrey. That file is not a complete datasheet. But CK110 is not Engine Management device same as TLE8888. It seems to be a simple IGBT driver with some diagnostic.

So you have one debug LED that's something! I would recommend at least two debug LEDs. Please be aware that you would need to compile your own firmware if you want your FATAL ERROR debug LED to be on a custom pin, FATAL ERROR could not be adjusted via configuration by design. rusEfi stm32f407 defau...

Re: L9788 - multifunction IC for automotive engine management system
For 8 cylinder you can use 2 x MC33810. Each has 4 x ignition pre-driver + 4 x injector driver. And a loooot of diagnostic and protection features. Seems I'm going to use 2 x MC33810 for 6 cyl. L9779WD-SPI is quite similar to TLE8888. L9779WD-SPI has other feathers (SEO, Carnk, CAN, Stepper, ...)

Re: L9788 - multifunction IC for automotive engine management system
I like too for 8 cylinders.
L9788 is in standardization phase and not ready for use.
I want to use tow L9779WD-SPI now.
For 6-ch ignitor pre-driver, you can use Bosch CK110.

See reverse polarity pmosfet noted at the below link. The pmosfet is typically better that a protection diode. https://rusefi.com/wiki/index.php?title=Manual:Hardware In this case it's only negligibly better. Re: rusEfi own wide band controller board add-on using CJ125
I found LQFP version of CJ125 in a local store with low price
It is marked 30615 (or 30522).
This package has separate VCC/GND for Signal path and better noise rejection.
Any comment on schematic will be appreciated.
