Re: electronic throttle body control ETB
The biggest issue seems to be within the first percents of Throttle opening. It looks ok when testing, starting the engine changes that. It's to slow and/or "nervous" around idle if that make any sense. Maybe that could be solved by a target table like Link, or another table to make it non...

I think you are right.
The issue is seen right when doing what pull most amps thru the H-Bridge.

Re: PNP ECU for Vw/Audi ME7 #51
Sure it's not your power supply?
The H-Bridges has separate caps and diode, so I dont think its there.
Is it the same with both H-Bridges?
Have you tried with UBHR disconnected?

What kind of hardware issue can it be?
I know the routing are not ideal on that revision.
Can you see it with debugging?

Re: PNP ECU for Vw/Audi ME7 #51
reboot has to be hardware not software issue. i strongly suggest using f4 and official builds, otherwise we are introducing unneeded differences between our setups with zero benefits I changed to F7 at this board when I didn't get the TLE8888 work. With the F7 it worked, so I switched. From then it...

Re: PNP ECU for Vw/Audi ME7 #51
This has not been a issue with the build I have used now, newer happened when testing in car. I compiled it one-two weeks ago. I have tried to compile again the last days, and had lots of those errors. They showed up before I tested in car, so dont know more. By luck I saved the flash, and used the ...

Re: electronic throttle body control ETB
With most of the settings I have tested with TPS "hangs" at around 20% at the way down when releasing pedal.
Playing with a non linear bias curve solve it, but hard to get correct.
So a automatic setup would be the most accurate I think.

Re: electronic throttle body control ETB
This is pretty close to "Magic Spot Finder" from the recent video? Also I've just added "more" and "less" buttons for direct PWM drive. Yes, partly. But the values are not used for anything. With just a few additions, it can catch + store/set both bias curve points + T...

I do not think you have shared your Final Result value since technically that's the value we are trying to minimize. I recall the last one was 247.xxx. Re: electronic throttle body control ETB
It should be just test-button.
I have got it much better, it seems to be all about the bias-curve.
I think it's related to my non-linear analog inputs.
Chech these settings:

Just a theory, the initial ETB setup could be done automatically with just one routine/button ? 1. disable pedal position/PID 2. store the tps rest position 3. increase negative duty until tps adc stop counting, store min. 4. increase duty until tps stops counting, store max. 5. increase negative du...

Btw, I have a F767 at this board, can this alter something?
It's got other speed, are the pwm still correct?

I did not log today, but I got it working a little better. The thing that I found most strange are the duty cycle values. Re: electronic throttle body control ETB
Verbose is a common word in Linux land. It simply means to display more stuff in your error logs and similar. It is also common that you have multiple levels of verbose, so you might call a like this ./program-blah -v This would display more than normal error messages to you error logs. However it'...

Re: electronic throttle body control ETB
I dont get this working good, and have lots of strange happenings with the ETB. First of all setting the duty: I have it closed with just around -4, and open at around 16. It moves wery slow when pressing the pedal, and are "pulsing" a little all the time. Is this normal? When adding numbe...
