New hw is just arrived.

I had disconnections when charger and ecu were connected at the same time.
Laptop has dead battery so I start using cheap USB isolator (ADUM3160 based) from Aliexpress. Now I can have both charger and ECU connected to laptop, and get not disconnection when cranking.

PC/laptop connection? Laptop charger? Try running without charger (with only ECU connected over USB).

MRE measures Vbat using pin 1. But can be powered by pin 1 or pin 5. Please check this.

The breakdown voltage for this mosfet is 100V minimum. The datasheet doesn't specify nominal and max voltage so this could might as well reach 200V under some operating conditions. Only injector outputs have no clamping circuit. To speed up injector closing. MOSFET reversible breakdown is used to clamp high voltage spikes.
All other outputs have diodes to +12V.

ETB IC powered from this pin and can consume more than 5A
Also there is overvoltage protection for >33V on this pin.
