Metal enclosure for a board with bluetooth?
Optional BT. For BT fans there is plastic case. See first post in this thread.

Re: Proteus loses communication.

I had disconnections when charger and ecu were connected at the same time.
Laptop has dead battery so I start using cheap USB isolator (ADUM3160 based) from Aliexpress. Now I can have both charger and ECU connected to laptop, and get not disconnection when cranking.

PC/laptop connection? Laptop charger? Try running without charger (with only ECU connected over USB).

Re: F103 dual channel wideband controller + EGT + 2 x AUX In + 2 Aux out

Hey, has the Rev1 PCB been tested yet? I'm considering ordering 2 assembled from JLC to have a play with in the garage. REF3033 is OOS everywhere at the moment, what do we think of ZRC330F02TA as an alternative. JLC have it in stock currently. Cheers. Not yet. It is on the (two) ways to me. Hope to...

Re: F103 Wideband Controller

Battery voltage drops down to 8.53V (actually seems even lower) during cranking. This cause controller to switch to SensorNoHeatSupply state and after battery voltage rises above 9.5 - start heating from the beginning. https://github.com/dron0gus/wideband/blob/master/firmware/wideband_config.h#L55 S...

Do you connect laptop to the MRE's internal USB connector or through main connector?
Do you have AC charger connected to your laptop? If yes - can you try without charger?
Please show us you MRE to car chassis/body connection. Please show us your battery to chassis connection.

What connector pin are you using to supply MRE?
MRE measures Vbat using pin 1. But can be powered by pin 1 or pin 5. Please check this.

Short changelog is: * Switch to 64 pin STM32/GD32 * Add 8MHz HSE oscillator (better clock stability for CAN over wide temperature range) * Use DAC (instead of PWM) outputs for ...

Re: S105 OEM ECU

The breakdown voltage for this mosfet is 100V minimum. The datasheet doesn't specify nominal and max voltage so this could might as well reach 200V under some operating conditions. I wouldn't want voltage spikes of this magnitude coming into my ECU. Also I don't think it's wise to use a mosfet in a...

This circuit also has no clamping mechanism whatsoever.
Only injector outputs have no clamping circuit. To speed up injector closing. MOSFET reversible breakdown is used to clamp high voltage spikes.
All other outputs have diodes to +12V.

ETB IC powered from this pin and can consume more than 5A
Also there is overvoltage protection for >33V on this pin.

Re: Wideband Controller: Fully Custom, no ASIC!

In the "Nernst Sense" section of the circuit, instead of "LSU_Vm" consider a voltage divider with a voltage set to virtual ground + 0.45 volts. That way you are not amplifying the 0.45v common mode voltage and you can greatly increase the amplification. Using "virtual groun...
