I finally found the right driver for the E-Throttle.
It is exactly the same as oem VAG, and a lot more.
Here it is:

Re: Coil and Injector driver IC
And could this be used? too many chiefs, not enough Indians :( This a relatively easy chip to learn KiCAD PCB design, would you be available to make a tiny prototype board for this chip? Yes, I can do that. Bosch units use this one, which seems to have less amps. http://www.bosch-semiconductors.com...

Coil and Injector driver IC
Hi! I am looking for alternative drivers for injectors, coils, GP and ADC. Do you have any suggestions for IC's that are good, and works with rusEFI? What about something like this? Re: 2.0T VW FSI potential test mules.
Great!
Is there any in/output you need more information on?
If so, I can find all spesifications and collect them.
The Functionsrahmen with its 5000 pages is a little heavy reading if you are unfamiliar with it

For this project, we need a can-stream between ECU, ESP, SRS Instrument etc. Can_H and Can_L It will be in format like this: (0xDA0, 0x01, 0x80, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00); or (0xDA0, 0, 8, (0x01, 0x80, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00)); I need some existing factors to use for the variab...

Re: 2.0T VW FSI potential test mules.
We need to add some Mototsport functions. As is has e-throttle most can be done in software. Antilag can be inplemented by holding the throttle about 25% open, retard advance and lots of fuel :-) kicks in when clutch switch is open, and off when clutch released. Just need a switch input on the ecu, ...

Re: 2.0T VW FSI potential test mules.
The reason it has Rx/Tx is because it has K-line in I think. Also it does not control any functions of concerns. I Think it might be just as easy with a new board, as there will be a lot of differences. I think we should use most of the circuits, and component values from the Bosch diagrams. That wo...

Re: 2.0T VW FSI potential test mules.
There are lots of signals in there. I think they are all discrete type signals, with the central processor as the place that keeps the security. Is it practical to simply replace the central processor? That was my first idea actually. Just make a adapter to replace the Infineon C167. But there are ...

Re: 2.0T VW FSI potential test mules.
The next step would be for me to program/set up everything to be fully working. All can messages etc. I have to test everything, and then make some maps/base maps for it on the dyno. As we now has someone that already have a working PNP, I think we should go straight to making a PCB. But this was NOT a rusEfi PNP - this was a speeduino PNP, which is a different open source project https://speeduino.com/wiki/index.php/Speeduino Making a PNP board to fit the original case is a gr...

Re: 2.0T VW FSI potential test mules.
I can try to get the 121 pin (ME7.5) version up and running first.
I dont need direct injection for that.
Do you have a list/package of all components needed to make everything work?
Including E-throttle, can and vvt.
