Re: Old Russian motorcycle fuel injection
Wow, these 3D printed manifolds look AMAZING! Do you plan anything made of metal for structural support considering all the vibrations? I am not a ME no idea if plastic would hold or not. I'll cast it from metal in future. It's just testing. When all will ready, i'm planning make metal copies of th...

Re: Old Russian motorcycle fuel injection
I have a kind of success with ETB's adaptation. You can see video :slightly_smiling_face: https://youtu.be/3-yfpdf0edg Coils tested, injector tested, hall sensor tested. (By console. Not with engine) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBL9Ap4UOFA https://youtu.be/uMsWpfrYtg0 I still dont have fuel pump...

Re: Old Russian motorcycle fuel injection
Keep in mind the primary side of the coil will get to around 400V to 600V when you spark. You need insulation that can sustain this under your operating environment. AKA foggy day or cold morning with small amounts of condensation, it needs to not arc over. Sorry, i dont understand, what do you mea...

Re: Frankenso - ECU shield compatible with OEM case / official
Hello, guys! Yesterday i tried to order Frankenso PCB ver 5.3.6 on JLCPCB and support e-mailed me about issues. That text: "Hi Sir, Well got your order with many thanks~ Sorry to bother you, but there are 2 issues that we want to confirm with you before proceeding. 1) the inner layer trace are ...

Thank you for your advice about WBO. I asked some questions my acquaintances, who understand in WBO and already ordered Innovate LC-2. How long and properly it will work, i`ll know later :D I really fear "kill" my engine and i will wait Innovate and, while it delivering by post, i`ll make ...

What's the full list of sensors you plan to run on your bike? Engine is oppozit and has air cooling (i also wanna make oil cooling, but if i will use just oil temperature sensor, ECU will not be able to have true information about temperature of every cylinder, because usually i ride with a sidecar...

You might want to take a look at the ford 1l throttle bodies, they are 40mm single ETBs and cheap and common. Oh, thank you very much for your advice, but after very long search, i founded ETB, what i need, look here: https://www.bosch-motorsport-shop.com.au/electronic-throttle-body-32mm-bore But w...

Hi everybody! This is what i have now (look at the pictures) This data was recieved then engine was rotated by starter. And, despite fears, RusEFI "can see" all teeth on crank- and camshaft. That`s great! But resistors parallel to Honda VR sensors are necessary. Also, RusEFI can receive da...

Hi everybody! So, today i tried to connect console to Frankenso by micro-usb on STM32 (Usually i make it by mini-usb on Frankenso) 1. If i connect just crankshaft position sensor, console is printing, that RPM is 0. If i try to rotate engine by electric starter, RPM still be 0, i dont see nothing in...

Regarding the VR sensor - That looks like you might be able to stick a Bosch Hall sensor in the same hole as you cam sensor. You connected to console by mini-usb on Frankenso or by micro-usb on STM32?

in the middle it is divided into two pieces... and you have on one side ETB and 2 throttle ... 11 Yamaha YZF R6r R6 Throttle Bodies Body305 That is good, but i have got oppozit engine. I need to have single ETB for once cylinder. There is no point to have one piece of Yamaha ETB with two throttles,...

Related to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dnepr_M-72? 1. I am not objective since I sell assembled Frankenso. You need to make your decision, sounds like you really need to plan your build better.
