I had once repaired an ECU from a 1.8t with an LSU 4.2 and it used CJ110 ic that is the same thing as CJ125 but only supports LSU4.2. So it seems they don't all use CJ125 for both types of sensors.

Are you sure that your trigger wheel is 36-2-2-2? I have an Ej20 SOHC from a Forester '02 in my Impreza and its using Subaru 6/7 trigger wheels.

PC would be overkill for a case. PETG is the sweet spot. Can tolerate at least 75C, fairly easy to print, can withstand load, doesn't brake easily. PLA is no good even for in cabin installations. Under ignition settings you'll find per cylinder ignition trim. There you can offset your #2 cylinder by any number of degrees.
