Looks like this is feasible. See below snap shot of a LTSpice simulation which shows a analog MAF signal being used to vary a fuel pulse from around 1 mS up to about 10mS. Part of switching + and - is because you'll likely see a slight conduction in one direction vs the other. Red to black

Try making those measurements with etb opened and closed. As well try with you meter + on red then again with - on red.

Yes the op-amp has a divider. Yours appears to be a correct 2:1 step down. The ADC is limited to something like 3V, so we have to step down the 5V to below 3V.

Can you check the op-amp circuits? Those could be broken, or the STM32 could be broken. Do you measure the proper volts on the STM32 pin, then read an incorrect value in TS? Hmmm, that's interesting that it worked at all. It's basically fixed pulsewidth. You dump more fuel by increasing RPM. So probably really rich at low with low load, and very lean when at high loads. Can a really simple, no PC ECU be created? Think screw driver programmed ECU. In slack kb1gtt commented about a 555 based ECU. mck1117 mentioned the bosch D-jetronic was a discrete components ECU.
