I am not sure if current TS updater works especially in case of two units especially to update older firmware. Maybe it does maybe it does not
I would st-link just to be sure

Re: Wideband Controller: Fully Custom, no ASIC!
I also have a question regarding Wideband. Using hellen 128, my car is running on this as a daily driver for the last 2 years at least. I would recommend starting with update of the wideband firmware. I believe that November 2023 version was a major improvement see https://github.com/mck1117/wideba...

Re: rusEFI wideband f0 modules do not work
Oh.
I am not aware of anyone fabricating rev B you would have to take it to https://github.com/mck1117/wideband/issues/310
I see some resemblance of https://github.com/mck1117/proteus/issues/124

Q2: just updated https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/Bluetooth with references to recently updated tickets about all that

Re: UAEFI vs 407disco (actual) startup times difference
Try running uaEFI firmware on f407disco and vice versa? A ton of compile time options are different between these two firmware one would be around https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/commit/e8b1fc302f71a3df2162235dba02f0e3f91bf01f One day someone should add some timestamps into start-up console message...

Re: Why make your own custom board?
I note that you say "custom board (hardware)" not "custom ECU (hardware+firmware)". Cannot agree on PA0 being the best label for a pin but I guess it's a question of preference. ASIC and life-span is a risk but fully protected and diagnostics is so cool! Where do you draw the ASC...

Re: ETB Bias curve tunning
Open loop would be closed loop with p=i=d=0? Looks like second step would be to set complete bias duty to different runs of same values across complete curve and see how things go? I expect a bit of randomness. Try complete curve set to -20 Try complete curve set to -10 Try complete curve set to +10...

https://snowgoer.com/news/tech-professor-flashback-push-button-reverse/30558/ When the switch is pushed, the module cuts off the ignition and the engine speed drops to approximately 550 RPM. The speed varies depending upon the engine equipped with RER. The MPEM then fires the ignition at about 60 de...

Re: Arctic Cat C-TEC2 8000 Engine
Oh, fun thing I've learned today: two cylinder engines referring to injectors/coils as MAG and PTO.
Apparently PTO stands for power take off (the clutch side) and MAG is Magneto or generally referring to the side where the ignition/ electrical is generated.

Arctic Cat C-TEC2 8000 Engine
Modern two-stroke engines are pretty cool: ECU is in charge of changing rotation direction in order to go in reverse! Dual-Stage Injection: Slotter piston in order to inject fuel _twice_: slotted piston design allows fuel/oil mix to be injected into the crankcase area and then into the transfer port...
