Yes, correct, I mean VVL, not VVT.
EDIT:
@Andrey: My E66 is an LCI (09/2006, model year 2007), with MED 9.2.1, so that means, that some CAN-IDs could be different to yours.

Here you can see the local can:
Power train can:
And OBD plug:
As I said, there is no CAN on OBD. A220 is "safety and gateway module".
So the easiest way is to tap the lines at DME or another ECU. Unfortunately there is no LocalCAN at the IVM.

Re: 2004 BMW 760 N73 "A big mistake"
hey Andrey, check this out: https://github.com/damienmaguire/BMW-E65-CANBUS I just found it by accident. I far I know, LocalCAN ist running at 500Kbps too. ETB vs VVT: ETB on this engine are active just during starting and in error case. Normally, the ETBs are fully open and VVT controls the motor. ...

Re: 2004 BMW 760 N73 "A big mistake"
Hey Andrey, you want to have the pinout of the both DMEs from N73, correct? The DMEs in N73 have different names from N62, they are called A6010 (DME 1) and A6020 (DME 2). Accordingly, the connector names are also different. But it's no problem, I'll write it down for you. Meanwhile you can implemen...

Not ad-hoc. I've got ESITronic on my PC and will try to find some sensors for you.
I.e, short look into ESI (LSU4.93 probes) says:

Re: MAF vs Speed Density, why do we prefer which one?
Personally, I would always prefer a MAF sensor over a MAP sensor. Precisely because I get directly, always and under all operations, the air mass that the engine is currently taking in. I do not have to correct, adjust or anything else, just directly calculate the injection quantity for the desired ...

Yes, it is, sadly.
I am watching the F02 760Li market because I want to replace my E66 sooner or later. And, result? It is hardly possible to find a V12... they are soooo rare. So, I guess I will keep my 760Li for a while.

Re: BMW M70 in 8 series with Proteus?
LS coils are good option, however it is very hard to get used ones in Europe. New LS coils are quite expensive here :( . absolutely correct. I also did not want to have ignition cables, that would be the absolute last option if nothing else works. Alternative would be the 6-way coils from a VR6, th...

Something like the DIU module, with inputs and outputs would be a perfect addition for Proteus in my 8 series (for example for PWM for ASC, ABS, ...).

Hey Tomaz, first of all, please check this github (is my own): https://github.com/HeinrichG-V12/M70_rusEFI/blob/main/hardware/ignition_coils.md Here you can find some infos about COPs, like pinning and sizes. There are long/normal/short COPs. The short COP (140mm over all length) protrudes approx. 7...

Re: BMW M70 in 8 series with Proteus?
In the meantime I have found a suitable MAP sensor, or rather there will probably be two, one per bank. They are this sensor:
1Bar, JPT Plug, an OEM part.
One question: should I still install a baro sensor? Or is it not necessary?
