It would be tough without a car, at least you would need a discovery board with a couple of potentiometers to simulate sensors, or, probably a better option, you would need to add 'mock' clutch up/clutch down/VSS speed into the simulator the way there is mock voltage for analog sensors in simulator....

открывает КХХ на 90% на 3 секунды. Команда полезна во время настройки обогащения ускорения.

would blip idle valve to 90% open for 3 seconds. This command is useful while tuning acceleration enrichment.
