Re: 1991 Miata #20 Hunchback
Do you have an extra sensor? If so,,, can you cut it apart? If you see coils inside, then it's VR if not then it's hall. If it's VR emulating hall, then I have no idea what current it can pass. It appears the OEM was 12V, and if that was measured at 3.3k ohm, then 5V and 1k should be close enough. ...

Does injection phase listen to timing offset?
My CPS is relocated, so I had to change my timing offset to -2. Should I also change the injection offset to -2?

Console Simulator "unrealistic CLT" fix
I have a dev board to fiddle with, but I'm on an airplane right now, so no board. Therefore I'm running the simulator to try out my code. Its damn hard to read the console because a CLT unrealistic warning is shooting over and over. I've tried messing with the sensor settings (setting MAX CLT to way...

Nvm.......Now the original seemed to work. No idea why.russian wrote:Does the original gen_config.bat work for you?
Do not see the error message. Why do you need your own script?

Re: FSIO output methods
Okay, I could be missing some things really, really stupid here. I can't run gen config because it won't see the paths to my rusefi_config.txt and rusef.input files. set config=C:\Users\Schni\Documents\GitHub\rusefi\firmware\integration\rusefi_config.txt set input=C:\Users\Schni\Documents\GitHub\rus...

Re: 2000 Miata Turbo
I honestly HATE making AN lines, I can never get a good cut with whatever tool I use. I have a fine hacksaw which sort of works, my reciprocating saw works sometimes, and my angle grinder with a cutting disk is also iffy. ever tried a wood chisel? a sharp one with a good hammer blow will cut fast a...

Re: FSIO output methods
But then we'd end up with having to add a new FSIO for every function. I can't think of much else other than revlimit functions right now.
Do you mind giving a brief explanation on how you added the Fsio16? I'd like to try my luck at adding it myself.

Re: 2000 Miata Turbo
I'll post pics and a driving video when I get home from Scotland (wish my car was here, the roads and views are incredible). I just got a China GoPro (50$ on AliExpress!), my last one got stolen, but it was fantastic. It should be able to Clamp onto the rollbar (Hard dog hard core M1) My turbo setup...

FSIO output methods
I believe it would be helpful to add in methods as available outputs for FSIO. I was looking at the two FSIO files, and am having trouble figuring out exactly where the "output" end is. I was planning on adding in a separate class for handling the FSIO functions. Example, spark cut, fuel c...

2000 Miata Turbo #39
Hello All! I successfully drove my car today on Rusefi. I did not have much time, but I was able to take a short spin and hit boost. Everything seemed to be in order except for a few weird backfires occasionally. My ignition timing is definitely off. With more time, I'll be able to ensure its synced...

Re: FSIO Custom Table Variables
I seem to be having an issue with writing my FSIO condition to the board. If I use something like "rpm > 600", the board locks up and the write fails. I've tried using a console command and writing through TS. Limited telepathic abilities, I need more data :) Maybe record a video so that ...

Re: FSIO Custom Table Variables
I believe he's asking if you can change the lookup values for x- and y-axis. for example make x-axis coolant temp. I am wondering if we have some misunderstanding here. What "lookup values"? There are the labels in TS - but these are nothing but TS labels. What is your lookup value is con...

Have you restarted Eclipse since installing ARM gcc?
Now I have this error: ".dep/hal_usbh_msd.o.d:1: *** multiple target patterns. Stop."

Re: Hello from MA USA
Hello and welcome! What are your driveability issues with your current MS? I guess it would be more about tuning less about which ecu you run? My DIYPNP just had a lot of small drive ability issues that are caused by the limited amount of adjustability. (i.e only linear injector battery dwell corre...

Hello from MA USA
Hello everyone! I'm currently a college student at UML in MA studying Electrical engineering. I have a 2000 Mazda Miata with a Garret turbo from a Nissan SR20. It's currently running a DIYAutotune DIYPNP V 1.5. I built it in my college dorm, but I've quickly reached the limits of it. I'm very curiou...
