There is https://www.harborfreight.com/10-30-psi-powder-coating-system-94244.html and they say Powder coat is diy easy and very safe.

They say you only need to get up to about 200 degrees C to cure the coat for low temp polyester powder.
However try to avoid high temp (250+) powder on aluminium as it can cause over ageing of the material (well, out case is not very structural anyway.

Maybe one day we can powder coat microRusEfi cases when we have nothing else to do :)

Just be sure to NOT use the oven you cook food in....the stuff is somewhat is poisonous and off-gasses so it contaminates the oven.

This is a popular site for powder coat stuff. https://www.eastwood.com/hotcoat-powder-coating.html?SRCCODE=TXT00010&msclkid=b1a5f4038c2a1d890a19aa683c90efcc

I know you can also powder coat bullets by simply rattling them around in a bucket. The electrostatic powder gun is nice, but not 100% required. You could get the power on small stuff using other means.

I understand that like 3D printing, you get some odor, so probably good to have a fan to blow that outside.
