Ranger

Is this a Ford Ranger with an electric motor? The ECU uses an STM32, but I don't see injector or ignition controls. Am I reading the schematic wrong? I was thinking it might be a Norway re-badged rusEFI, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at. Could I be looking at an electric truck?
