I also have personal information on what sensors & shit run on it, as I had to wire these piles up.

Mark, while your pictures obviously show TE part numbers, that weird photo from the internet says Delphi

Searching for 18 pin Delphi gives us https://mechanics.stackexchange.com/questions/29993/which-18-pin-automotive-connector-is-this

Delphi 13658062 Delphi 13658063 Delphi 13699658

Also legacy TE 1488533-5 1488533-6
Also Ford WPT-1411 and CU2Z14S411GB

Russian internet tells us that Ford and GM used same adaptive cruise control module KJ7TT-9G768-AC which uses this 18 pin header but again in molded form

I've not kept up on new stuff but for sure the older stuff used a delphi ECU, from a GM V6 iirc. There was a crank sensor but no cam position.....but they were full sequential. They had ion knock sensing and have very uneven firing (315 degrees then 405) as they use a common pin crank and a 45degree V is possible to tell which cylinder is firing by either crank speed or the knock sense...I don't know which they used. No idea what they are doing these days.

The ones I'm working with are mostly 2015+

They have dual knock sensors, non-ion sensing coils, crank & cam, still same stupid firing sequence. One of our motors is coming apart anyway for upgrades, will take more detailed pics of crank and cam pickups.
Have some pics below:
