Automated PDF translation

About translating those 6000 page PDFs in German.


Google documents would only open first 180 pages, mess up page layout which is fine but unfortunately only translate three pages. Does anyone have better ideas for an automated translation of a technical 6000 page PDF from German to English?

https://pdf.multilizer.com/ was able to keep page layout that's nice, 190EUR for 5000 pages acceptable.
