ты забыл уточнить - такая распиновка obdii на всех авто, или только на твоей марке/модели?
ну и самое интересное - расшифровка!
а отправлять свои пакеты тоже можно?

That's for the generic, non-rusEfi public - so I guess it would the easier to use the off-the-shelf board for them.

Looks like OBD-II pinout is standard - it's just a question if the pins would be there or not. Say the 2003 Cooper - it has CAN, but it's not on the OBD-II connector.
