Hello, i have weird trigger issue, i can start engine but after one second engine stalls trigger error and RPM shows as 0 when still cranking, but crank signal looks fine, if i continue cranking rpm is back... EDIT
coming from working car with speeduino ecu keep in mind! (Engine sensors and parts must be ok)

Board proteus 0.7 hand assembled

Little About my build:

Its BMW track car M50B25 8.5:1 TURBO
Crank sensor hall effect 5volt trigger wheel 60/2 btdc 324degree
cam sensor also hall effect 12volt im not sure if im using correct trigger wheel mode
injectors siemens deka 850cc
ignitions VW red coils cop wasted spark

I tried without Cam sensor in batch mode, also same problem, i will attach tune, log files, and video I have no clue anymore what can be wrong :(

Can you post your tune and a log of this happening to rusefi.com/online? Much easier to interact with it if stored there.

Try setting "use only rising edge" on the trigger config page. Currently away from a PC, but I can have a look tomorrow.

Ok - had a chance to look. I would also set "invert primary", since it looks like your sensor is designed to run on falling edges (instead of rising edges as we're decoding now). Check the timing after that since it could move the timing by ~1/2 tooth width.

That's a minor problem though, your trigger actually looks good and it isn't losing sync. Don't worry about the cam sensor for now, the engine will run fine in wasted spark mode.

As for why the engine won't run longer than a few seconds: Can you compare pulse widths between a known working configuration (speeduino?) and rusEFI? Start looking for things different in logs between the two configurations.

Tried but didn't work, im now cranking without spark plugs to save starter, signal from crak is always good.
Variant NR1:When i start crank rpm shows 240 and stays aprox. 3sec, then its drops to 0 for 4 sec and then again back to 240rpm
Variant NR2: Rpm is 240 than shoots up to 500 aprox. then drops to 240 and then 0

Engine is wery hard to start if i have a chance then after those 3 sec rpm drops to 0 and engine stalls.

Image
This happens when from 240rpm drops to 0 when engine still cranks

Image
And this is old ecu speeduino trigger settings

Honestly im not completely dump but im out off my ideas

souu i downgraded firmware to 2220315 using same tune ( but with inverted signal that only way that it runs) and now i can start car and rev it and looks like i dont have Triger error anymore but now im facing with feels like wrong firing order:
As you can see in my tune firing option is set to 1-5,3-6,2-4
Ignition Pin 1 - cyl1
Ignition Pin 2 - cyl2
Ignition Pin 3 - cyl3
Ignition Pin 4 - cyl4
Ignition Pin 5 - cyl5
Ignition Pin 6 - cyl6

Injection Pin 1 - cyl1
Injection Pin 2 - cyl2
Injection Pin 3 - cyl3
Injection Pin 4 - cyl4
Injection Pin 5 - cyl5
Injection Pin 6 - cyl6

its correct right?

If you can take another TS trigger log with the updated settings, I can have a look at it tonight. You can also try updating to the latest pre-release (soon to be a real release: https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/releases/tag/20220602_release

Sorry, a little late to the party here.

Did you convert to a different sensor as the stock M50 crank sensor is VR not Hall?

Only asking for future reference/any one that finds this thread later on.
