DFCO

From what I've seen from poking around tunes in the repository, no one seems to use Decel Fuel Cut Off. Is there any particular reason for that? I've always used it as a way to save fuel and to stop the dumb crackles and pops when driving normally.

I use it on my racecar. Some napkin math suggested it saves about 1% fuel on track, which is worth half a lap over a stint!

I've seen people talking about using the fuel for cooling but that just doesnt compute to me.

In my case, if you need that tiny bit of fuel for cooling, your engine is so close to the edge you shouldn’t be endurance racing it.
