Getting uaefi connected to tunerstudio

Hello all I'm trying to follow what steps I can but I am having trouble getting my tunerstudio and the rusefi console to see my board I am having trouble following how to setup the plugin. I'm sorry if this has been asked a ton of times but I am super grateful for any help I can get. I can't seem to find the ini in the bundle I downloaded either

What manual are you following? Let's fix it together, let's remove any mentioning of plugin!
