OBD1 Honda D15 No Spark

I am setting up a 1995 civic with a D15 b7 on UAEFI with the adapter. I am unable to get any spark, and I am using the popular vehicles Honda OBD1 in settings. Injectors are firing, on the other hand. Engine runs fine on stock ECU. Where should I start?

battery voltage is a bit iffy but that's not critical, just a note

fuel cut code 2 https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/blob/master/firmware/controllers/limp_manager.h#L8 disabled?

ignition cut code lack of cam signal? https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/Error-Codes

When I run the trigger logger, that returns triggers that look correct. How would I diagnose why there is a lack of cam signal? Additionally, I am smelling fuel and hearing the injectors click so I will figure that issue out when I have spark.

Do I need to be running smart coils?

All ignition coils require a driver -- typically an IGBT. The UAEFI board requires a modification to drive dumb coils; remove a 0 ohm resistor and solder in an IGBT: The ONSemi manufacturer's part number = ISL9V3040D3ST, and the Mouser Electronics part number = 512-ISL9V3040D3ST. If you tried driving a dumb coil directly, you probably killed U103 on the board. Read over the User's Guide and anything else you can get your hands on, as these aren't necessarily plug-n-play.

The info above is not correct.

I am unsure why there would be a lack of cam signal. The motor runs fine on the stock ECU and the triggers are on the correct pins.

Plz check soldering. Do you have a scope?

Will check soldering again, looked good though. I do have a scope.
