Subaru Pedal Error

Post by Renegade »

Hello, I'm new to rusEFI, I got the uaEFI and trying to setup ETB and Pedal using a 2008 Subaru STi ETB and Pedal cant seem to get it working, wired the pedal correctly running into pedal error, when the pedal is fully depressed, the throttle pedal position gauge hits 100% and back to 0% immediately, the Raw pedal primary and Raw pedal secondary increase voltage as I depress the pedal. Attaching a log.

Thanks!

With settings like that do you by any change get any errors? Because you are not mentioning any errors?

There is a slightly hidden option which could help in your case of a subaru pedal

I've got the same issue. When I set the values for voltage it complains they're too similar (voltage on both circuits goes from 0.65 to 4.4).
Where is the slightly hidden setting for the BRZ pedal? I can't see it anywhere.

Does your pedal have 6 pins? 2 gnd, 2 power and two signal?
Then simplify add (shotky) diode in to one of gnd lines. This will shift one output value by 0.3 .. 0.6V.

Also, if your pedal position sensors are analog resistive, you can reverse the VREF and Signal Ground wires on one of the outputs. This will make one go low->high and the other high->low.
