Hello, good afternoon everyone, I have a problem with my microRusEFI R6.0, when connecting 12v to the tunnerstudio the indicator gives 21.4v, which may be generating this fault. I listen to suggestions
and I tried to look for the menu Base Engine->Battery and Alternator-> Battery Input Divider Coefficient, but it does not appear

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
Please confirm that you've connected battery to https://rusefi.com/docs/pinouts/microrusefi/?connector=main&pin=5
Maybe a photo of connector?
"Battery Input Divider Coefficient" is not adjustable on microRusEFI since all units are supposed to be the same. Have you purchased your unit or made it yourself? If your wiring is right this looks like a fabrication issue.

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
Hello, I assembled the microRusEFI myself, I attach a photo of the place where I connected the 12v

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
..then you have something wrong on HW side ..
are all other Analog Inputs OK ..??
are all other Analog Inputs OK ..??
.. some Proteus and microRusEFI for sale in Europe ..
Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
Yes, I have tested 3.3v and 5v and it is fine, the only anomaly is the 12v voltage reading.

This looks like JLC fabrication not by me? How many boards do you have / who makes them?

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
I manufactured it, I ordered the board from jlpcb and the components from digikey, I am an enthusiast of the motor world, I come from speeduino and now I want to know rusefi, I have already tested the functionality of this ecu and everything is fine except the voltage reading

meaning "can you test on another board"?

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
That's actually vague. Who has done what percentage of soldering? Is this 100% hand-soldered by you unit?

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
I tested the exits and entrances using ardustim, 100% assembled by my hands

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
Please assemble a couple more boards and compare behavior.

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
..as I see on first photo ...
(probably)
all OP-Amps has bad soldered pins ..
some other IC also ...
few resistors not looks so good....
..probably too many problems on it....

Re: microrusefi 0.6.0 wrong battery voltage
solved, friends, it was actually a cold welding on a vbat resistance, the repair with the cautín and problem solved, it will continue with my tests thanks for the time given to everyoneJRD McLAREN wrote:..as I see on first photo ...
