Hi everybody,
I'm struggling with getting my rusEFI wideband modules to work.
I have 10 of them assembled.
The problem is:
Lambda is at 1.010 in free air and goes down to around 1.0045 when applying a flame with a lighter.
I did some troubleshooting and this is where I'm at:
The sensor is heating.
Pump current is always at 0 mA.
NernstDC is at 0.091 V in free air and it goes to around 1 V when applying a flame with a lighter.
ESR is regulating to 300 ohms.
Can you help me with this problem?
Thanks.

Who has assembled?
I suggest getting an uaEFI just to compare your module with uaEFI on-board module.

Re: rusEFI wideband f0 modules do not work
They were all assembled by JLCPCB.
I used the manufacturing files of this location: https://github.com/mck1117/wideband/tree/master/hardware/board_module/export/rev%20B
I got your point with comparing to uaEFI, but others are also using the f0 modules revB and they all work, right?

Oh.
I am not aware of anyone fabricating rev B you would have to take it to https://github.com/mck1117/wideband/issues/310
I see some resemblance of https://github.com/mck1117/proteus/issues/124

Re: rusEFI wideband f0 modules do not work
Check "Pump driver" and surrounding.
Lambda is around 1.0 because measured Pump current is close to 0.
Nernst about zero at free air makes me think current source is not producing any current, or connection issue.
Do you see PWM signal on Ip_dac? Does it change duty when you apply gas from gas lighter?

Re: rusEFI wideband f0 modules do not work
Okay thanks for your reply.
I will measure the PWM signal on Ip_dac.
Is this the same value I can see on the CAN bus channel PumpDuty?
This channel is at 0% in free air and goes to 100% when applying the gas lighter flame.
