I have a random Proteus 0.4 which no longer powers up by +12v, do we have any power supply troubleshooting/test points documentation?
Yesterday it has worked I've used it to test SD card logs.
Today blue LED blinks if I power via USB
First soldering issue I found: GND pin 19 at the PCB was not beeping to GND pin 20. Re-soldered pin 19, at least GND test pad beeps to input wire GND now.
What next?

Well, I've randomly resoldered pin 18 and now this unit is alive. So somehow two solder points have just failed at the connector
