SD Log Dates Inaccurate

I've noticed that the dates of the SD logs are inaccurate in my NB1 Hellen ECU. I have used the console to update the date and it updated correctly but the time only advanced when the ECU is powered. I checked the battery and there is voltage at the board's battery connections and at VBATT of the STM32.
