Interesting. Is that because it's vertical mini USB and cable weight is pushing sideways or did you push sideways or else?

Rev C which is being manufactured at the moment already uses USB-B https://github.com/rusefi/hellen128merc-issues/issues/50

I wonder how quickly you would break that one.

I had some people asking for a diagram of my twincharged setup. I tried to make it nice in case others wanted to use it

not important, but someday can you post a picture of the actual hardware for the SC, Bypass, Turbo, etc?
so we can put the drawing and physical setup together ...

there's one back here: https://rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=43916#p43916

The supercharger is on the exhaust side (passenger side, driver's right) under the turbo. That thing right in the middle is the bypass valve. Intercooler goes across the front where there are two disconnected aluminum tubes.

continuing with the sage, @mk117 aka matt said he thinks I have a vacuum leak. Turns out he is right. Covering throttle with hand and car still idles LOL.

Gonna go buy me some black and mild wine wood tips to smoke it out.

Just to keep the world updated. I was fighting an issue where I would start the car and fuel pressure would drop, then go to 0. Sometimes if I tapped on things in the engine bay it would pop back up

Turns out my fuel pump relay was not latching completely. Replaced and fixed. Now I have a fuel pressure sensor, new pump and filter, and 4 bar FPR. Running better every day.

More updates:

did some fab work and went back to oem usa radiator. its huge and ill never have to worry about heat issues.

Got some siemens 80# injectos (950ish cc @ 4 bar)

Installed fuel pressure sensor

I am doing drives and logs. Found that at highway speeds (70mph) i was turning the supercharger on/off based on load.

feel free to poke at the tune and let me know what you think.
