Hello! My name is Pavel. INST X_Customs_service
I have one of first hardware release Hellen121Vag.
Trying to start Audi TT APX Engine, it's after full rebuild with forged rods and pistons. Also stocked to 2.0 liter displacement with ALT engine crankshaft.
Hellen board arrived "as is" and now I'll report some steps to start it.
1. Before you plug in USB connector check jumpers for your configuration because it's unversal for VAG family ECU ME7.5 Pinout for MAIN Relay 21 or 23 pin. It's critical for power up from ecu connector
2. Plug in USB with Pressed Prog Button. Write firmware in dfu mode.
3. Start TunerStudio and create project for settings your values of injectors and pinout.
Now we are testing this board and creating base tune.

There are two Hellen121Vag in SPb, one could be sold once we have at least some results. But do you have a VAG121 or do you just want any hellen for a not PnP application? I am a bit concerned about hellen usage not on the target vehicle.

Couple days of testing and fixing some problems and taaadaaaam...

But...
Working hard to fix some hardware troubles and creating base tune for PNP

Pavel please upload fresh tune and maybe a log to rusEFI online

Pavel, Dron please post an image of best spec board with all mods.

Some update...
Hardware mods.
Jumpers set to 21 pin mainrelay
Removed one fuse
Removed transistor in power module
IAT and Coolant sensors resistors pulled up to 5volts
Now Hellen powered up like stock ECU and commutes main relay.
Engine starting up almost like on stock ECU and idle.
Next step is connecting lsu 4.9 and try some tune of VE for stable idle.
Current tune will be uploaded soon.
