Is the RPM still wrong? I can see how the RPMs are doubled or quadrupled, i.e. multiplied or divided.

That screenshot was from basically when you connect to the ECU ... it keep asking for the correct ECU definition... was wondering if you have the updated definition for the ECU... I don't know it's a incorrect ECU definition will cause that are r.p.m. to show excessively higher than usual

No, this would not affect the RPM.

When you connect your microRusEFI to PC does it give you a driver with rusefi.ini.zip? that's the file to uncompress to create matching project.

If you do not get that drive please update firmware using https://rusefi.com/s/microrusefi release link - same software bundle contains both fresh binary and project .ini file

Also it doesn't transmit back to the dash also ... on the RX8 setting (CAN) that would be great if I could wake up the electric steering also

Still trying to figure out could get the console working it's connecting and reconnecting every 2 seconds don't know what's going on or maybe I don't know what the hell I'm doing hahaha but still trying to get you that screenshot

All I know is that I am trying to help but on average you seem not interested (edit: not interested to leverage my experience of how we can make this dialog more productive). I am trying to point you at the tools to make this more efficient but your call which route to take.

Until we see what you click and how software responds we are relying on telepathy. Relying on telepathy does not seem to work for us so far.

-You do not seem to be providing responses and replies that make it clear EXACTLY what you are doing, whether you have already followed existing instructions and which particular step of the process is causing issues.

If I were you, I'd follow the steps you've been advised to do EXACTLY. If you run into trouble, use ALL OF YOUR WORDS to describe what you were attempting. You have a great community of very smart and helpful people here that get very frustrated when they can't follow along with what you are doing well enough to help you effectively.

I wasn't told to use a certain bundle... so if you could send me that specific file that would be great because everything on your software page doesn't seem to work properly

For a prototype we will probably have fixed angle offset between primary and trailing coil. What kind of control strategy are you looking for trailing coil? Fixed angle? Curve? 4x4 table? Else?

Probably needs a little table. 4x4 or 6x6 is likely more than plenty. Doesn't need much precision either.
