Mercedes W124 E320 Proteus build

Post by Hmelik »

Hi!!
This my new project.
So far, this is a naturally aspirated engine M104, but in the future there is a desire to install a turbocharger.
At first I wanted to do PNP but it's impossible.
Converting this
trigger 60-2
cam sensor HALL
ETB 0280750474
Vag coils NGK 48088
map sensor GM 3
wideband
Everything else is original
sequential injection
For pnp started make proteus in original ecu box and this stay in this box) but not PNP

Dashpot was made using open loop in mind, I use it without problem, but this seems to be an issue of dashpot holding idle higher than expected idle RPM and the PID trying to combat this.

Personally, all my cars run open loop idle then use timing for closed loop correction.
I also recommend setting your idle RPM threshold down from 500 to something like 200, since this will feed the PID from a point where idle still hasn't stabilized.
