Need upgrade to new version asap, but you don´t answer totaly my question. With ttl on frank i still need mini usb on discovery? Can i use ttl to ts and console?

both TS and console on TTL
discovery mini usb is useful for firmware upgrades, but there are other options if you are looking for another option - but I am only using the mini usb on the discovery.

I´m using usb on Frank now, finaly is working. When i start engine after few seconds i have this warning "Protocol error" . When this happens ts come slow and sometimes loose connection.

Maybe noise from generator/spark coil/vr sensor?

Have a problem with fw, PC15 (Output for injector doesn't work) if i choose another pin and make a shunt solve the problem (With this i can test Frank board/ output is ok). The same happens for trigger input and Clt, another inputs are working. Configutation "set_engine_type_29" doesn't work anymore.

Need help.

PC15 problem: if it has worked but does not work now, I'd try a replacement discovery. If you are running fresh software maybe try older version from 6 months ago? See https://svn.code.sf.net/p/rusefi/code/firmware_archive/

I´m using a old version only to test the cdi ignition. cdi is triggered with rusefi pulse.

CDI stands for capacitor discharge ignition?
Do you have a scheme with part numbers? What are the pros and cons of such solution? Does it need a magneto? (It seems to be rectified?)

Do you use O2 sensor in this setup? As far as I remember, older models of JAWA required adding oil to gasoline for lubrication purposes, but that could kill 02 sensor?

Hi, yes, cdi -capacitor discharge ignition

i´m using this cdiImage

cdi is better for high rpms, spark "quality" is different , two stoke engines can run 20k (in my case maybe 14k).

Yes, i need a magneto, cdi need +/- 200v to charge the capacitor, rectified with internal diode, (see D2 and D4)

I used o2 sensor once but it´s not easy found a good location to install . The exaust it´s a important piece on 2 stroke engines.

...yes, i need oil on gas to lube cranck bearings. Oil and fuel are injected mixed. (+/- 2% oil). all two stroke need oil on gas (except one in development on newzeland) :D

What is the status of this project? Finally you used MAP or TPS for engine load?

Need some help to configure tps on this version of firmware.
I have tps adc value changing when i move throttle but gauge doesn´t move and also have tps error.
What i´m doing wrong? thanks.

TPS is now measured in volts not ADC I believe, you would need to calibrate again.

Did it again and doens´t work for me :( . Also tried in pedal option and gauge doens´t move. Tried fired up engine and the "pointer" only moves in the lower line.

second question. Why the VE TARGET table is not disponible? (next step -> autotune)
