VSS input was changed to EXTI in master and this was conflicting with joystick settings. I've simply killed joystick in master for now https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/3227
Overall please update to latest software. Once you flip offBelow and onAbove in GP PWM #3 you should be able to start and drive

I have a question as you can see in the screenshot ...
the pressure gauge MAP sensor shows 100KPA
and in the table volumetric efficiency shows 220KPA is this correct????
in my understanding, what shows on the MAP gauge should show the same in volumetric efficiency table !?

i have still same problem
i changed my VE table (yes i have big mistake in ve table) but its not help from the fact that the engine jerks and stalls itself ...
look at the screenshots from the video
on them we see jerking a straight line (the engine is idling and the driver is not even in the insade car at this moment)
each time the surge increases and at the end there is a big surge and the engine stalls (is it working correctly or I touched the wrong settings again???)

you can also look at all this on the video recording from the screen, since I don't really trust the recording in logs ...
first time loops problem 11:30 to 14:00 start (auto tune , data log)
second time loops problem 17:25 to 18:00 start (auto tune , data log)
after 18:30 stop (auto tune , data log)
23:30 drive back to home stop (auto tune ,data log) ecu not make Wrote bytes or large write and a dont see any problems ...
No trigger error logged (primary trigger, the 60-2 is fine)
Event causes brief double RPM (ECU thought one cycle was twice as fast as it should've been)
VVT phase goes nuts at the event

This makes me thing something is up with cam sense.

Some general tuning comments:
Tcharge should probably set to the basic RPM+TPS mode for now.
Coolant fuel multiplier curve is quite extreme. Try setting it to a smooth slope that has zero correction by 50 deg C.
IAT fuel multipler is wrong, set it to flat 1 for now as 1.2 is giving 20% extra fuel at all times.
You can probably turn multi spark off for now while we try to troubleshoot the issues you are having, the fewer advanced features turned on right now the easier it's going to be to sort this out.

To drap AFR to 14.7 I need put in VE 150
If I make VE 150 injector duty cycle go to 100+%
But this is maybe my mechanical calculation error ...

Just a quick validation of injector duty cycle math, looks good to me:
rusEFI shows 2% at 1200 RPM
logic analyzer shows 2.3ms out of 100ms crankshaft cycle duration, looks like same 2% to me

Nick can you please post one photo of your complete engine bay just to show generic layout of things. This is about thinking where to install a MAF sensor.
