Please try cranking for longer than 8 seconds - crank for 20, 30 seconds to be sure you see RPM gauge on the laptop. If you have cranking RPM and trigger sync but engine does not start I suspect you need trigger offset.

You REALLY need a timing gun.

in TS i did't see rpm sync, but in console yes. its around 160-170rpm.
this log i take out spark plug to make engine rotate smoothly. maybe it not sync at slow rotation?

i have order my timing gun, but not in my hand yet. dont know where it stuck.

I think it's less about slow rotation more about not smooth rotation with compression. Obviously I need a real log with spark plugs if you want me to come up with real trigger angles and real trigger gap.

If you feed me only logs without spark plugs I will set you trigger to run only without spark plugs :)

yes, please use latest since there is a little trigger parameter change there.

So 7.25/14.50 the 14.50 part is wrong, just changed to 7.25/16 and commited. Also created improvement suggestion https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/378

Just updated

I am adding 630 into the trigger definition so you would need to get it back to zero next time you update. Once you have timing light we will set it more precisely.

Why would it?

Facebook video shows Frankenso board but title says frankenstein 0.11 - are you planning to assemble a frankenstein 0.11?

Will get you the 4+360 trigger to try in a couple of days.

On frankenstien there is no official designated +12v reference input, so any input would work - but you would need to modify it to match Frankenso schematics.

I suggest channel #12 for consistency?

The most inportant thing would be to match the resistor divider. We are luky I believe - you can remove input side capacitor and use a resistor there instead. This case between the resistor as usual, and second resistor instead of capacitor you will have the voltage divider you need.

Jared would hopefully provide specific component references?

so it will be any of 1 to 12 input? for input 11 and 12 i already figure it for cam and crank base on this:-
Image

base on frankenso bom, R320 is 39k, 0.1% 0.25w, unfortunately i am forgot to order this. just now i only found at local shop r39k through hole. will % and Watt gift any difference? for sure, it is not 0.1% 0.25w.

Some versions are two channels - two wires, some versions are just one channel one signal wire.
actually i am from Malaysia. Indonesia and Malaysia is different country, we are separate by ocean. still using same language with different slang. :D :D

I'm so sorry :(

Well, not really an ocean, just a little sea? Only 124 hours by car.

The closest I've been to you is Thailand, need to work on my Asia geography.
