Jeep XJ 2500cc

Hi all.

This is my friend Jeep Cherokee. Ecu got slightly burn at power supply circuit. I feel lazy to do repair on his ecu, so planning to make Rusefi running it. Something wrong with my phone, later I will upload actual picture.

Here is it look like:

I see Rusefi decoder is for 6 cylinder, mine is 4 and probably it trigger is look like this:

Can you guys make this new type decoder?

Quite busy with life business, I hope I can start this Jeep by this weekend. I see trigger pic :-

Trigger offset is 484, so it is a rough number or solid?

TdcPosition is trigger oen business. You should use trigger offset zero.

Consider my next project for BMW E30, what do you guys opinion about Aliexpress Max9926? Seller state it is original Maxim chip.

I am pretty sure these are fake or not exactly OEM quality, but could work good enough for our purposes

Working on this car again, I see most of its wiring got slighly burn mark (wire insulation melting everywhere). Currently I change trigger to 16-1 running at cam speed. Do Rusefi support this?

Not much fund I got from this car owner. I do the trigger wheel which is very low cost. So this should work?

Yes that should be able to be decoded.

I do not understand the picture above. Which part is the wheel? Where is the gap? Where is the sensor?

Test with ms2= too much lost sync
Test with Speeduino= too much lost sync
Rusefi= Not yet, will do in next few day
